Service Level Agreement (“SLA” or “Agreement”) between NET CONNECT and our valuable clients for the provisioning of IT support and services. NET CONNECT will respond to clients support and service related incidents and/or requests submitted by the clients within the agreement periods.


We form long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, but also constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition. Professionals who work on these outsourcing engagements are part of our Services workforce.
